Concept only. Conceptual visualization of a proposed aviation hub for Advanced Air Mobility, placed on the original drone capture of the site. It is not an engineering design, an approved airport layout, a survey or a clearance study.
The ground is the original photo-textured capture at metre scale, with 80 km of public Utah terrain and imagery as context. Campus placement follows the user-supplied Gate 4B.1 image, calibrated from its UTM axes, with about 3.5 m of image uncertainty. Grading, cut and fill are conceptual and need civil, geotechnical, drainage and aviation review. Choose Proposed campus off to inspect the ungraded capture.
Buildings are procedural models generated for this project inside the registered footprints and heights. Façade, roof and paving finishes use CC0 texture sets from Poly Haven and ambientCG. Interiors, structure and signage are illustrative. No source ground texture is invented.
The eVTOL follows the Joby Aviation S4 type and the fixed-wing aircraft follows the BETA Technologies ALIA CX300 type, the programmes named for this campus. Both are procedural models created for this project from public references; they are type-inspired concepts, not OEM data or endorsement, and registrations N-AAM01 and N-AAM02 are fictitious. Flight paths are illustrative, not flight dynamics, procedures or airspace analysis.
A conceptual shuttle lane links the terminal to the waiting pavilion beside the FATO, with turning circles and stops at both ends. The pedestrian spine continues north to the same pavilion.
People use Universal Base Characters and the Universal Animation Library by Quaternius, CC0, with clothing built for this project. Road traffic uses the Kenney Car Kit, CC0. Actors are illustrative and are not collision obstacles.
The paved access to W SR 73 and the gravel access toward West Canyon Rd and N 17600 W are conceptual alignments drawn on public UGRC road centrelines. They do not establish right-of-way, frontage, legal access or permits; boundary survey, title and Utah County review are required.
Tour plays nine chapters; drag to take over the camera. Explore orbits freely. Walk uses a 1.75 m body with gravity and collision against captured and proposed surfaces, with view heights of 2 to 100 m. Quest mode uses WebXR in Meta Quest Browser with reduced detail; sustained frame rate requires testing on a real headset.
The sky is a Poly Haven photographic panorama, CC0. Its photographed sun does not follow the Sunlight slider; scene shadows do.
A central 40 × 40 m experimental surface reconstructs visible low vegetation from 15 overlapping drone photos.
